RETURN POLICY

Any item that is defective or damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Defective and damaged items (cracked cases are not considered to be damage) must be returned to us within 30 days of the date that order was placed. We will reimburse you for first class mail shipping cost.

Any unopened item in original condition that is returned within 30 days after delivery: refund of 75% of item's price.

Any item that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) that is returned within 30 days after delivery: refund of 50% of item's price.

Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged that is returned within 30 days after delivery: refund of up to 50% of item's price, depending on item's condition.

No refunds are given for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Before returning an item you must request and receive a "return number" from us.

You must include your receipt with the returned items.
