Softness is a hallmark of the music of Peter Davison. SOLACE (formerly known as ADAGIO - MUSIC FOR RELAXATION) favors Asian-hued flute melodies, accented with Tibetan bowls and a coat of mild synthesizer gloss. On a few of the cuts, singer Lisbeth Scott also provides wordless vocables and humming, which is delicately blended into the serene mix.
