Preceding the release of his 2001 recording THE LOST CHORD, Jonathan Goldman spent some time studying a series of divinely-inspired codes that could be translated to sound through tuning forks. Later, an extended set of those forks were used to create the sacred energy of HOLY HARMONY. With WAVES OF LIGHT, he revisits those forks but uses them in a different fashion - Goldman realized that the ambience created by the forks was in itself a potent therapeutic tool. This recording features a soothing mosaic of vibrational harmonics, produced using all nine of the forks, that can be used for relaxation and healing work. There are not set melodies used here; instead the sound is random, with oscillating waves of sound enveloping the listener in a sphere of tranquility.
