WALK BETWEEN WORLDS consists of ten flowing Native American flute melodies combined with strings, piano, guitar, harp and cello, as well as traditional drumming. The music, inspired by emotion and spirit, is beautiful and moving. Golana, whose name means "raven" in Cherokee, says, "The CD as a whole is about trying to walk in balance beween the spiritual and material worlds that surround us." According to Valerie Lawe of KZYX in Ukiah, CA the music is "the perfect balance of traditional and modern musical expression...very plaintive and poignant, the best of both worlds!"
