Have you ever just sat and watched the rain fall? It's a very peaceful experience. Few things are more calming than witnessing nature's wonders: the low rumble of distant thunder, the quiet pitter-patter of a summer rain, the vibrant sounds of wildlife. ROLLING THUNDER, from the "Solitudes" series, translates that tranquility into music. Each of the ten selections combines Dan Gibson's expert recordings of a variety of birds, crickets, frogs and water effects with bittersweet, yet soothing classically-inspired music.
