Led by instructor Rodney Yee, POWER YOGA TOTAL BODY offers a challenging physical workout designed to create a greater strength of mind and body. Utilizing a flowing Vinyasa sequence, the program consists of standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists and arm balances. In addition there is both a beginner workout to help the viewer build stamina and an intermediate workout for greater strength, endurance and alignment.
