A meditative journey into the origins of sound, Jonathan Goldman's THE ANGEL AND THE GODDESS pays homage to two highly sacred entities - Shamael the Angel of Sound and Saraswati the Goddess of Music (from the Western Angelic and Hindu traditions respectively). Both are beings known to use sound as a modality for healing, creation and transformation. On this illuminating recording, listeners are presented with two very different compositions.
